TORRINGTON, CT Norse, Inc., announces that 3D representations of its most widely specified latches and receivers are now available to assist customers in their design applications.

The two available 3D formats are .STEP per ISO 10303-21, and AutoCAD’s .DWG format. In addition 2D versions are available as PDFs. Latches and receivers that can be downloaded as CAD files are: Type 1 Small and Large; Type 2S small with various receivers; Type 2 Large with various receivers; Type 3; and Shutterup® Type 1 with special receivers.

The files may be downloaded from the company’s website at Norse-Inc.com, or by contacting Norse directly. Special requests for 3D versions of Norse latches and receivers will be considered. Additional 3D drawing sets are planned for release in 2014 based on customer needs.
